Role
AwanTunai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who is responsible for handling end to end recruitment process, partnership, and employee branding of the organisation, by developing recruitment plans and strategies that can attract candidates with the required skills so that the organisation's manpower needs can be met in accordance with the required qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads/c-levels (especially non field/back office) regarding their MPP needs and budget
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fill out hiring request form
- Responsible for posting vacancies on job portals or partnering with head hunters
- Conduct sourcing & screening of candidates through job portals
- Scheduling HR interviews with prospective candidates
- Update the recruitment process to the hiring manager / related department
- Scheduling user interviews between candidates and users
- Perform background checking of candidates through social media, pefindo, AML, and reference check.
- Responsible for the proposal of offer calculation for candidates and coordinate it with related parties
- Responsible for the agreement letter and documents required by the candidate
- Ensure recruitment reports are updated on the recruitment dashboard regularly in accordance with existing data.
- Handling any other additional project (Recruitment, Employer Branding, etc)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Psychology/Human Resources/ Business Administration/related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Recruitment, preferably Startup Fintech.
- Have the ability to interview with a behavioural interview method.
- Have an understanding in managing the recruitment process as a whole.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Good analytical skills, critical thinking for screening
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at the same time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
