Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Learning & Development Senior Associate who will be responsible for implementing employee training, onboarding, and development programs, partnering with leaders to identify growth needs, improve performance, and ensure employees are equipped to succeed and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning priorities across the organization

  • Develop and implement training programs required by regulators, including Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Asosiasi Fintech Pendanaan Bersama Indonesia (AFPI)

  • Prepare and submit quarterly training activity reports in compliance with OJK requirements

  • Coordinate, implement, and evaluate employee development programs to support performance and growth

  • Create training plans for Employee Benefit programs, based on performance review results and under the direction of the Performance Management Lead

  • Manage the training and development budget in collaboration with the Head of People to ensure cost-effective learning investments

  • Handle administrative processes related to training records and employee development data

  • Act as a facilitator for internal/in-house training sessions to deliver engaging learning experiences

  • Collaborate with external training vendors to ensure smooth and effective delivery of development programs

  • Assist leaders in drafting and refining job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment with role expectations across the organization

  • Support the ongoing Job Evaluation and Job Matrix updates to maintain accurate role classification and structure

  • Oversee and execute new employee onboarding activities to ensure a positive and structured integration into the company

MSIB Kampus Merdeka Program (if applicable):

  • Develop proposals for independent campus activities.

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess headcount and manpower planning requirements for Kampus Merdeka interns.
    Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement the recruitment plan for Kampus Merdeka internship participants.

  • Manage administrative tasks related to intern mobilization, including the preparation of Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS), Letters of Acceptance (LoA) for students and mentors, and organization of intern orientation (onboarding) activities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of student interns through regular performance reviews.

  • Design and implement engagement initiatives, training programs, and graduation events for internship students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs in a startup environment.

  • Demonstrated successful experience in collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

  • Strong understanding of TNA and their application in different organizational contexts

  • Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player

  • Able to work effectively and professionally with external partners

  • Demonstrable organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering result

  • Understanding of local and regional labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the OD and L&D process

  • Must be fluent both in Indonesian and English, written and spoken
