Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate who will collaborate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of skilled and suitable individuals who align with the organization's goals and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand strategic manpower planning (MPP) needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate preonboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate the candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, social media,  events, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals as well as oversee its performance.

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, while providing guidance to junior team members throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports to track key metrics, monitor recruitment progress, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, data-driven recruitment processes.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent to the organization.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates and hiring managers, offering strategic insights and providing regular updates on the status of open roles.

  • Drive efficiency within the recruitment function and contribute to the company’s talent strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives, preferably in startup environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing successful end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding for diverse roles across the level.

  • In-depth understanding of advanced sourcing methods and tools, including social media platforms, job boards (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and direct sourcing strategies.

  • Strong ability to engage and build relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in optimizing workflows. Familiarity with Freshteam and other recruitment technologies is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering results.

  • Solid understanding of local and regional employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.

  • Must be fluent both in Indonesian and English, written and spoken.
