AwanTunai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with leadership, and optimize strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy, aligning with the organization's manpower planning (MPP) and future business needs.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define talent requirements, ensuring an effective recruitment process.
- Oversee the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the recruitment team, ensuring performance, development, and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement innovative and efficient recruitment processes, leveraging data and technology to drive improvements in speed and quality of hires.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a seamless candidate experience.
- Create and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members, ensuring alignment with broader HR initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated experience in successful hiring for senior leadership positions across multiple functions.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a talent acquisition team.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies for a high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS, and recruitment metrics.
- Proficient in English and Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with senior leaders and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
