Role
AwanTunai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with leadership, and optimize strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient processes. 

Responsibilities 
  1. Lead the talent acquisition strategy, aligning with the organization's manpower planning (MPP) and future business needs. 
  2. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define talent requirements, ensuring an effective recruitment process. 
  3. Oversee the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a robust talent pipeline. 
  4. Manage the recruitment team, ensuring performance, development, and alignment with business objectives. 
  5. Implement innovative and efficient recruitment processes, leveraging data and technology to drive improvements in speed and quality of hires. 
  6. Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a seamless candidate experience. 
  7. Create and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. 
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members, ensuring alignment with broader HR initiatives. 
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process. 

Requirements 
  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated experience in successful hiring for senior leadership positions across multiple functions. 
  2. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a talent acquisition team. 
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies for a high-growth company.
  4. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS, and recruitment metrics. 
  5. Proficient in English and Indonesia, both written and spoken. 
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with senior leaders and candidates. 
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations. 
  8. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
