Role

AwanTunai is looking for an IT Support Intern who will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software for our team. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing technical support and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and repairing computer systems and devices

  • Assisting with the installation, configuration, and updating of employees' PCs/laptops

  • Creating a recap of inventory reports for all hardware

  • Researching and diagnosing issues, as well as identifying solutions to those issues

  • Distributing office facilities for new employees and storing forms in a binder

Requirements

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Knowledge of IT hardware, networks/LAN, Windows, and macOS, including installation and troubleshooting

  • Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (verbal and written)

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • High initiative and problem-solving ability
