Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SME lending products.

  • Understanding of FMCG sales distribution, SME/Micro lending products, and tech-savviness (emailing, spreadsheet management, touch-typing expertise, digital presentations, virtual conferences, and social media).

  • Demonstrated FMCG supplier relationships (preferably with at least one supplier onboarded before being hired).

  • Placement: Sleman


Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and be responsible for the REPEAT & RENEWAL disbursement process for Supplier Financing & Awan Tempo.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Supplier-level customers and the Supplier ecosystem.

  • Perform acquisition processes for Supplier-level customers within the Supplier ecosystem through the AwanToko app.

  • Conduct regular and direct visits to Suppliers and the Supplier ecosystem.

  • Report daily activities through the application provided by the company.

  • Market the company’s technology and lending products to existing Suppliers and both existing and new Supplier ecosystems.

  • Educate Suppliers and the Supplier ecosystem regularly on the benefits of the products, programs, promotions, terms, and mechanisms of the company's technology and products.

  • Oversee the NEW & REPEAT disbursement processes for Suppliers.

  • Manage potential Merchants for Awan Tempo products.

  • Introduce Merchant Hunters & Merchant Farmers who will manage Suppliers to Supplier Owners & Employees.

  • Implement preparation steps (gathering data and documents and inputting them into proposal format) for submitting Supplier Financing products and ensure the disbursement of Supplier Financing is carried out.

  • Implement "zero" audit findings or fraud findings.

  • Increase the Supplier portfolio, i.e., the success rate of transforming Suppliers into Pareto Suppliers.
