Job Description:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive fraud detection strategies and business rules to balance fraud losses.
  • Building strong relationships with other departments to gain risk management support
  • Managing several projects to improve and optimize fraud strategy systems and tools
  • Preparing annual Fraud team work plans and discussing them with IA and CEO
  • Inventorying collateral assets from suppliers handed over to the company and ensuring their existence both in terms of documents and physical
  • Leading root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent and reduce risks in processes and performance
  • Identifying risk factors and trends in potential fraudulent activities using technical data analysis and statistical interpretation
  • Utilizing analytics to optimize existing fraud strategies, to reduce false positive rates and increase fraud detection rates
  • Extracting and analyzing data, investigating data integrity, creating metrics, and conducting data and portfolio analysis
  • Generating fraud metrics to show fraud system performance for use in management reporting
  • Developing trend reports and key indicators to serve as early warning risk indicators for potential fraudulent activities
  • Managing the handling of WBS reports, starting from reporter interviews, collecting evidence and reporting investigation results
  • Preparing reports on the results of the implementation of annual work planning according to the deadlines of each activity. Monitoring the resolution of fraud cases found including consequences and improvements implemented
  • Partnering with internal partners across the company to make changes and raise awareness through coordination of fraud detection monitoring from system improvements and statistical trend analysis through fraud awareness.
  • Preparing educational presentation materials on fraud cases and their handling for internal socialization
  • Preparing periodic socialization materials to promote the use of WBS for all employees
  • Recommend process improvements and improvements based on fraud system and process assessments
  • Identifying gaps in current systems, policies and strategies and taking action to mitigate emerging fraud risks with guidance from managers

Qualification: 

  • 10+ years of experience in product development in supply chain and/or financial technology
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with software engineering/data analytics background
  • Familiarity with SME/MSME risk management
  • Connection with police institutes etc.
